CE TO SHAREHOLDERS OF RADIO JAMAICA LIMITED

Pursuant to Rule 408 (iv) of the Jamaica Stock Exchange Main
Market Rules, Radio Jamaica Limited hereby notifies its
shareholders that there will be a further delay in the release of its
audited financial statements.
The reasons for the delay are to allow for the completion of the
annual external audit and for finalisation of the 2025 financial
statements.
Based on the afore-mentioned, Radio Jamaica Limited wishes to
advise that its audited financial statements will be published by
August 25, 2025.
Radio Jamaica Limited thanks its shareholders for their
understanding.
