In a statement to account holders on Tuesday, the Kingston-based asset manager rejected suggestions of theft or misuse of customer money. “The article’s implication of theft or misappropriation of client funds is entirely false,” the company said.
Media reports over the weekend stated that BPM filed claim No. SU2025 CD00472 in the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court on April 30 against a former manager and nine others.
